Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?
A: At Dynasty we do not hold available rentals before an application has been submitted.

Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
A: With a completed and approved application security your deposit is determined based on credit worthiness. At the most you may be required to pay first month’s rent along with 2 month’s full rent amount as security deposit. All deposits will be clearly defined with approved application.

Q: How old do you have to be to apply?
A: All applicants, are required to be at least 21 years old with a valid state issued identification in the applicant’s name, to apply for a vacant property. All other occupants 18 or older must be clearly listed on applicant with verifiable income and background check; all occupants under the age of 18 must also be listed. Dynasty Property Management does follow all Fair Housing Laws and does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, sex, religion, or familial status.

Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: No, your deposit is not refundable. Once application fee is submitted there are no refunds for ANY reason. We always suggest any perspective tenants, view desired vacancy to ensure it is to their liking and thoroughly review application requirements before submitting application and fee. Even if application is denied there will be no refund of funds.

Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: Once the deposit is received, lease signed and property taken off the market the deposit is no longer refundable.

Q: Who needs a cosigner?
A: Owners take a risk every time they rent out their property. Due to this they do look for applicants with credit worthiness. Dynasty Property Management does review each application thoroughly and will ask those who seem to be a credit risk for a co-signer, also a risk management fee. This is needed to protect our owner’s investment.

Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

Q: How do I pay rent?
A: Once you become a tenant with Dynasty Property Management you will be given a tenant portal log on; which will allow you to pay rent, submit work order requests and send messages.

Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: Some of our property owners do allow pets on their properties. However, you should always have a conversation with your Property Manager prior to purchasing or boarding a pet because there are weight and breed restrictions, while other properties do not allow them. We do want you to also keep in mind, pets are also tenants, there is a $300 non-refundable pet fee as well as pet rent per month.

Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
A: In roommate situations each roommate is required to complete an individual application, along with screening. If one party wants to exit lease, all parties must give notice and the remaining roommates must enter into a new lease if income can be verified to surface 3 times rent. Your property manager should be notified as soon as possible if not no shorter than 45 days.

Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: We require 45 day written notice be submitted when a tenant is moving or coming up on lease expiration. If longer notice can be given that would be greatly appreciated but 45 day minimum is required.

Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
A: At Dynasty we take pride in keeping our properties well maintained with everything in working order. We do understand normal wear and tear does take place and for those repairs, they will be at the owners expense. For repairs that happen due to negligence and things not be properly handled these charges will be required to be paid by the tenant. When you have a maintenance request you can enter it on your tenant portal and your property manager will coordinate the repairs with the contractor and tenant.
